Ownership

LinkShare, including its name, branding, design, and underlying software, is owned by us. All rights reserved. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use LinkShare's name, branding, or code except as needed to use the app as intended.

Your content

You retain ownership of the links, comments, and other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a license to store, display, and share it as directed by you through the app's features (for example, with people you've chosen to share a link or discussion with).

Acceptable use

Use LinkShare lawfully and don't misuse it — including attempting to disrupt the service, access accounts that aren't yours, or use it to share content you don't have the right to share.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Don't post or share anything that harasses, threatens or bullies others, that is hateful, sexually explicit or violent, or that is illegal.

Reporting and blocking

You can report any link or comment from someone else, and hide it or block its author, from the ⋮ menu next to it. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these terms, and remove the accounts of people who post it.

No warranty

LinkShare is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to LinkShare for anyone who violates these terms.

If these terms change, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
